• Removed two kitchen walls, making it a much more open and inviting space
• Added kitchen island with seating
• Raised the kitchen ceiling
• Added decorator lighting in the kitchen, dining room, living room, den and bathrooms
• Added new raised panel doors
• Added new large baseboards
• Installed new designer-quality kitchen cabinets
• Installed slab granite in kitchen and bathrooms
• Upgraded the water heater
•  New appliances in kitchen
• Installed new designer-quality bathroom cabinets (both bathrooms)
• New flooring and carpet throughout the home
• Showers - completely replaced with natural stone
• Drywall - all corners upgraded to "bull nose"
• New toilets, faucets, fixtures and plumbing
• Added ceiling fans to both bedrooms and den
• Drywall and paint garage
• Fresh paint throughout
• New furniture, utensils, appliances, electronics, etc.
