        Must be at least 25 years of age to rent. Maximum occupancy is 5 persons.

Signed rental agreement required.   At time of reservation 50% of total, signed rental agreement and security deposit is due. Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required.

Cancellation Fee: $300 cancellation fee prior to 60 days of arrival; 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 60 days of arrival unless re-rented for same period.  We recommend travel insurance.

Security Deposit
The security deposit is $300. This covers "normal wear".  It does not cover negligent wear or excessive cleaning. After your stay, an inspection will be made and any damage, except normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the deposit.  Deposit is refunded within 30 days provided the keys have been returned.

Telephone & Internet Access
Local calls are free, all long distance calls must be charged to a telephone credit card or major credit card.
